After two years with hip pain, went to see Dr. McAsey at the glowing recommendation of a friend who had him do a knee and hip replacement. After an x-ray review Dr. McAsey determined that both hips needed replacement but left it up to me when to schedule. The first replacement was completed on December 22 and I was walking unassisted within a week. This was so successful that I scheduled the second for March 22. As I was traveling 8 hours to have him do the surgery, the doctor and his staff were very accommodating to make this situation work smoothly. The hospital experiences before and after the procedure were excellent as well.
