Dr. Critchley is the best. Informative, helpful, clear. However his support staff seems to drop the great care Dr. Critchley provides. We his support staff encounters mounting frustration, they are quick to make excuses. The receptionist is not amiable and quick to offer you to use another Doctor. It is a shame that such a good physician is so ill served by a staff of less than cordial people in the Kettering health network.
