As someone who reads reviews before seeing a doctor, I felt compelled to write a review of Dr. Zar-Kessler given some of the low ratings. My child sees many specialists and so I have dealt with numerous doctors over the years. Dr. Zar-Kessler stands out for her kind demeanor, pragmatism, and bedside manner. She is easy to reach through patient gateway. I am shocked seeing some of the negative reviews because I've had the polar opposite experience and only have good things to say. As someone who's dealt with egotistical doctors that don't listen, that has NOT been my experience using her. I want to assure anyone reading this that Dr. Zar-Kessler has been a wonderful addition to my child's care team, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. I know how hard it is to find a good GI doc (and there is often a long wait to be seen), so hope this review is helpful if you are on the fence or like to research reviews before booking an appointment.
