We have been patients of Dr. Hartz for the last ten years. I appreciate her manner can be polarizing with parents. She is not one for long, sympathetic question and answer sessions. But she knows her stuff, and is great with kids. She is reliable, responsive and accommodating. I can always get a same day appointment if my kids are sick. They like having her as their doctor.
