From start to finish an entirely positive experience with Dr. Chris Fitzgerald (new arrival) at the Polyclinic in Seattle (soon to be Optim). Very professional, excellent communication, on time. Scheduled me through xray (for persistent cough to rule out Pneumonia) and Lab work with minimal wait times. 4 vaccinations at his office by his very capable assistant. He had the xray and the radiologists findings 15 minutes after the xray was taken and he went over it with me confirming no sign of Pneumonia. Had the comprehensive Lab work with his detailed comments back in MyChart less that 24 hours after the appointment. I was about to leave the Polyclinic (after 50 years) but this experience has totally changed my mind.
