The office staff and nurse are rude. Do not go during their lunch time. It took 2 hours for my father to be seen. Appointment was scheduled for 11:15. Most of the patients are elderly and should be greeted by a smiling face and positive attitude. My father is 100 and the nurse treated him like he was an inconvenience. Once we got to see Dr. Pace everything went well. He takes the time to listen and not pushing pills. We will be back and hopefully his staff will have been educated on patient relations especially for the elderly.
