Listened and ask questions for clarification of issue. Upon verification of problem area, explained diagnosis, medication to be prescribed and what to expect going forward. Left with complete paperwork of visit as well as helpful advice and things to consider doing printed out, so you don't just have to rely on remembering what you were told. Couldn't ask for better experience
