I have seen Dr. Mays for more than 20 years. Love him, but not some of his staff. I recently called for a referral and had 15 min. wait before talking to someone. She asked me for the fax # for the referred doctor. I tried to give her the doctor's phone # so she could get the fax #, and she told me to call the doctor, get the fax #, and call her back. I asked her to hold while I called the doctor, and she hung up, so I had to go through the wait time again. She said she hung up because she found the fax # she needed. Rude customer service.
