I was switched to Dr. Viozzi's care so my procedure date could be moved up. When meeting with him before the scheduled procedure he was very thorough and even asked about my PTSD to make sure he didn't trigger me. After noticing an infection I had was much more severe he decided to postpone surgery for my safety & prescribed me antibiotics. Dr. Viozzi is very caring and understanding- he has his patient's best interest in mind. I've gone to Mayo for years in multiple departments & he's the best.
