I am a new patient of Dr. Hagen and she took a TON of time to talk to me. She explained why my issues did not show up on an MRI/CT. She went over different study's and potential side-effects and explained things in terms that I could understand. She was truly compassionate. We explored various treatment options and insurance coverages. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would not consider going anywhere else.
