Dr. Toner is not only a highly skilled surgeon but also an exceptionally generous doctor. I was fine with the results of the Mohs treatment of my basal cell carcinoma on the tip of my nose, but Dr. Toner generously offered, at no additional cost to me, to surgically correct a minor bump. I have never met a doctor with such high standards of quality and patient care.
