I visit the office of Dr. Thomas annually to keep an eye on a thyroid nodule; he and his office staff are consistently the best medical experiences I have. Everyone is friendly, the wait is always brief, and Dr. Thomas is personable, intelligent, and able to explain things well. He creates space for the patient's voice; I feel engaged in my healthcare in a way that is rare in medical appointments.
