About Me

Care Philosophy
  • Every patient has a medical story and their problem can be generally diagnosed in most cases by listening carefully to their history and prompting patients to provide details of their eye problem.  Performing an eye exam and assessing test results in then leads to confirmation of the diagnosis.  Listening carefully to patients and finding the problem (s) and then weighing the risks and benefits of the medical and/or surgical managements is a very satisfying professional practice for me.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
