DR. RACKLEY IS ONE OF THE ONLY PHYSICIANS WHO TAKES THE TIME TO THOROUGHLY EXAM AND WRITE REPORTS OF YOUR VISIT AND CONDITION. HE IS TRULY THE LAST OF THE PHYSICIANS WHO CARE AND IS A GENTLEMAN OF THE OLD SCHOOL.
