Dr. Guenther is a terrific listener. Not only does he invite and encourage a patient to discuss and elaborate on matters that the patient wants to relate, but he also picks up on details that can turn out to be important re. the patient's problems and is good at explaining such things in terms that the patient can understand. I took an instant liking to the man as a doctor and as a person - there was no sense of being rushed to fit a time schedule, and his honesty and openness were equally impressive. Dr. Guenther also has a good sense of humor, a trait that seems to be muted or lacking by many health gurus these days. He gets five stars all around from my subjective point of view.
