I was visiting the area from out of town, and had a painfully damaged big toenail. Dr. Batzing and his team were able to get me an appointment, and Dr. Batzing carefully explained all my options, and the pros and cons. They were able to remove the toenail that day, and even saw me for a follow-up appointment to make sure everything was ok before I left town, with an option for email follow-up if I had any concerns on the road. I really appreciated the patience, professionalism, and flexibility! Would very highly recommend.
