Care Philosophy

-I believe in listening to patients & their concerns. I also believe in two-way communication. I need you to let me know what your problems and concerns and experiences are. I also need you to listen when I give you feedback or express my concerns.
-I believe that patients and I are in a partnership to better their health. We both need to put in the work & time to get results. I expect patients to be proactive on their own behalf (if able). NO ONE but you has the same investment in your health as you do.
-I believe technology is a critical component of medical care today (e-prescriptions, electronic orders, patient portals, telemedicine) but I also acknowledge that technology is imperfect and glitches happen. I appreciate your patience as we collectively enter this brave new world.
-I believe my staff works exceptionally hard, is sincerely devoted to our patients and deserves to be treated with utmost respect at all times. I have zero-tolerance for their mistreatment.
