Love Dr. Fields. But it is her staff that is rude. I had an appt. today. Got there, and couldn't find my insurance card. They were not kind enough to work with me. Told me I had to self pay; when I have insurance and could have brought the card up there the next day. Said I had to call in the morning to work me in again-they wouldn't let me bring it back. I am a very loyal patient. Have been a patient for a long time; but I am seriously thinking about leaving.
