After a horrible experience with another ENT, this practice was a breath of fresh air!!! Dr. Reid's PA was amazing and gentle. And Dr. REID was caring, listened...REALLY LISTENED. As soon as I had my CT Scan, she was called AND CALLED ME BACK WITH MY DIAGNOSIS and treatment plan. I just love her!!!
