I had to have two surgeries with Dr. Ortiz, I was referred to him by a close colleague of his for a tumor they found, he was extremely helpful and kind. He's walked me through both procedures with ease. I never felt uncomfortable with him. I've been happy with the work that he's done. His staff is top tier, they're great I've been back and fourth with them for about a year and they've always been there when I need them (because they're a busy office don't expect every call to be answered but they are efficient in returning calls and getting back to me)
