Dr Alves more than meets my needs as an electrophysiologist. He explains the diagnosis clearly and professionally. Well respected in his field according to local doctors. His staff are wonderful, helpful, pleasant, quickly answers all my questions whether it’s via phone or text messsges! Just a pleasure to deal with! YES! an MD’s office that communicates—as appropriate —via text message!
