Care Philosophy

For almost all of our patients, there's varying levels of communication and it takes time to learn to relate to people. I think that's one of my strong points. If they talk to you, they're much more likely to trust you and be part of the relationship. With older people, sometimes there are difficulties in getting a point across or trying to make a point. Everybody's different, and you have to find different ways to communicate with people. Sometimes that even means involving a family member or a spouse to help bridge some of those communication gaps.
