I can't speak to the other reviewers' experiences but mine was very pleasant. Dr. Kastin listened intently to me as I discussed my (long) list of symptoms and asked pointed questions. He also provided reassurance and explained everything to me in detail. Towards the end of the call, he helped me develop an action plan and referred me to other specialists as well so I wouldn't have to do it myself. He even stayed on our call a little longer to answer a few additional questions that I had. He seemed really patient and empathetic, qualities that are sorely lacking in most doctors I encounter. And he's clearly very knowledgeable (which you might expect, but at least in my experience, some specialists are actually quite sloppy and aren't as experienced as they let on). Meeting with Dr. Kastin was definitely worth my time and I would highly recommend him to others who are looking for answers for any perplexing neurological disorders.
