Dr. Nicoll's desire to actually HELP is incredibly evident. He is willing to read new resources, dig into ideas I present, and I know that he's spending time behind the scenes learning about them because between appointments he brings up other ways to achieve the goal I'm chasing. He provides feedback in a very open way that helps me understand my options. Far and away the most comprehensive and collaborative psychiatric care I've ever received.
