Dear Dr. LinderThis is my 10 month update.These past months since my surgery have been a miracle. I am active again! I now sleep through the entire night and am able to use the walking tracks and exercise machines-all which have improved my health and vitality.When going out, I do not have to limit my water intake for activities anymore. And there is no pain or discomfort when standing or sitting. Everything you told me about surgery and the recovery has happened just as you said! I have been amazed that I've never had any pain after surgery.It is such a blessing to have my body working as it should. That is an amazing difference in my life from before surgery to now. Now I can be the one to help others and visit those who are housebound. I can leave the house for extended periods and take care of my grandchildren. Thank you for all you did for me and for the active life I have regained. You and Mayo are the best in the world.
