Dr Heppard was always patient with my mother. Never seemed rushed. Explained everything in a way she could understand. Was always willing to do all the testing as needed and wanted. Never pressured us. My mother flourished under his care. As she progressed with dementia his care made her quality of life so much better. I can’t say enough about him or his nurses
