He performed my C6-C7 ACDF surgery to address a herniation caused by an accident, which had worsened my severe PTSD from personal tragedies. Despite my initial fears, Dr. Fiani’s calm demeanor and clear communication—from our first consultation through pre-op and post-op care—instilled confidence. The surgery was successful; my left arm weakness improved significantly soon after, and I’m progressing well despite mild neck soreness. Dr. Fiani’s compassion was remarkable—he was present in the recovery room, offering reassurance, and, at my request, called before the weekend to address my PTSD concerns, which was invaluable. I’m deeply grateful for Dr. Fiani’s care and highly recommend him to anyone needing neurosurgical expertise.
