I though the office staff was VERY friendly, attentive and caring - but I specifically thought that Dr. Kossak to be extremely thorough. He combed through my records, prescription, history, and inquired about every last detail of the information that was even the most remotely relevant. I've walked away from doctors before who I felt were barley paying the time and attention to get to the bottom of the real problems - but I was very relieved to find someone this attentive.
