I was referred to Dr May by my Primary Care physician and had never been to the clinic before. The staff & office personnel were friendly & helpful. I had a very short wait before being taken to an exam room. Dr May was very prompt and did not leave me waiting in the exam room for a lengthy time. He was very personable and explained everything in an easily understood manner. Asked about my medical history & my family medical history. I found him to be very thorough, personable, and I didn’t feel like he was rushing to get to his next patient. We were able to schedule my surgery within a week, which I was thankful for. My out patient procedure went great. I have a small scar, that will barely be noticeable when it’s completely healed. I would highly recommend Dr May to anyone needing a General surgeon. In fact I need another procedure done and am going back to Dr May because I was so pleased with my experience from walking into his office, to leaving the hospital.
