Went to Dr. Geffen four months ago. Initially went to family doctor then referred me to Dr, Geffen's office in Camarillo. My left side felt like my ears had been plugged for more than a month. I thought it was wax buildup and needed cleaning. Dr. Geffen explained my ear canal was clean. Possibly alllergy reaction causing my Eustachian tubes to be plugged. He discussed options and we decided to attack the problem aggressively. Ear cleared up in less than a week. He had recommendations to keep my Eustachian tubes clear. Haven't had a problem in the last five months. Clearly explaining the situation. Explaining how to remedy and prevent. Great personality. Great doctor.
