I have been Dr. Philips patient since he replaced a departing electrophysiologist at Mt. Auburn Cardiology. In addition to being very smart, he partners with me as a patient. He is open, warm, and authentically concerned about me as a person. The atmosphere in his office and staff is calm, helpful, and a cocoon of safety. When I have needed him, he personally returns my call the same day. When he says...do not hesitate to call him....I know he really means it.So different from the assembly line at MGH or BWH. I give him 5+ stars.
