Everything from scheduling to the new patient set up with the nurse to the visit with the doctor went smoothly. The office is clean and welcoming. People were friendly, kind, competent, and efficient. I never felt rushed. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and clearly. I felt that Dr. Houck had the knowledge and experience needed. She was able to do a test right away in office which was extremely helpful. There's a lab downstairs for blood work. Dr. Houck called with results the day she got them. I find doctor appointments stressful, so I am very glad to be a patient in this practice. Small things, but so helpful: The office building is adjacent to the parking garage. The building lobby is right through the garage door, so you don't have to walk through a rabbit warren of corridors to find the office.
