My compliments to Dr Yuen from the start of our consultation to the aftercare she provides is by far the best medical experience of my life. She is caring, explains the procedure in great detail, she is empathetic and the consummate professional. She creates an amazing atmosphere for the patient and staff that puts everyone at ease and allows everyone involved to know what is goin on and why. She is funny, easy going but at the same time very serious about her work. I commented to the dental staff what an amazing team they were they way they all worked together I assumed they had been together for years. To my surprise it was the first time they had all worked together. It is a testament to how Dr Yuen performs her craft and at the same time everyone including the patient is involved in a relaxing and successful outcome. The staff was overly friendly and caring under Dr Yuens guidance and the procedure flowed perfectly. She is an amazing caring professional. I highly recommend her!
