Dr Mc Catskill did an L5S1 fusion on me in 1989 and i am still pleased with the results Still some pain but now at 81 years old i cant blame him and my mobility and being able to bend and lift heavy weight is great 30years later. BUT I hope I don't have to go thru that again EVER. OH yes, DO YOUR REHAB AS INSTRUCTED I would walk 5 miles every day .
