I used Dr. Fialkoff for implant surgery on 3 occasions starting approx. 2016. All were done using local anesthesia and are working well. The first two surgeries had no incident. During the last one (2023), the anesthesia was not total and my body had involuntary movement related to discomfort. He was not as nice as he was during prior surgeries. One might say he fixed my chops while busting my chops! (I still greatly appreciate his willingness to do this procedure, as the Brooklyn surgeon who had inserted the implant that failed at this location refused to offer any services for re-implantation in 2021).
