I am now entering my 3rd year with Dr. Millar and NPC Heather Doyle. It did take me about 6 months for appt. That is normal. He went over all my tests and confirmed MS diagnosis. He started me on medication.Next I saw Ms. Doyle. I loved the connection she makes with you. I’m suppose to go back and forth between the both but I keep scheduling with her till I get called out. It’s nothing against Dr. Millar he is great. I usually gravitate towards the NPC and PA’s overall. My preference.Now, after your first visit you can set up on the portal. I request my appt. Today with a list of days that work for me and within 15 minutes Jade sends me an appt. That works for me. She is the best. I have pre auth, FMLA paperwork all submitted through portal and done within days. Need a refill, use the portal. Front desk is a thing of the past when you have access directly to the people you need. By the way my disease will never improve but I’ve been healthier since I walked in that office.
