Dr. Kis is part of a team managing my mother's health. He was extremely professional and had a great "bed-side manner." He took the time to explain to my mother and answer questions. He checked in to update us in the interim. During the procedure, my mom appreciated his, and the Moffitt team's, care and kindness. He also came back by after procedure to make sure all was well, explained what he did, and what communication to expect next..

  • Dr Bela Kis is an Associate Member in the Diagnostic Imaging & Interventional Radiology Program at Moffitt Cancer Center, an Associate Professor of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida and a Fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology (FSIR). He is the Section Head of Interventional Radiology and Vice Chair of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology. Dr Kis earned his MD and PhD from the University of Szeged in Hungary. He completed a Radiology Residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School, where he also served as Chief Resident. He then completed an Interventional Radiology Fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
