Dr. Barbara Fleming-Phillips has the perfect balance of encouragement/chastisement that keeps me cooperative and progressing on my nutrition program and doesn't cause me to become defensive or defiant about my imperfect eating habits. Her light touch is just what I've needed to take the baby steps (always forward) that are making a real difference in my health.
