A cancer diagnosis is scary at any age! I was referred to Dr Krishnadasan who determine it best to remove the lower lope of my left lung after early detection of a carcinoid tumor. He performed robotic surgery which he had early perfected and was also training other doctors in the field. He was quick to size up my anxiety regarding surgery and took all the time I needed to explain the surgery including drawing pictures of the lungs. The surgery was performed successfully by Dr Krishnadasan, and I was released from St Joseph Hospital the next day. Within two days I was walking a shorter version of my daily walk for two blocks. It has now been eight years without any further detection of cancer. I am now 79 years old. I strongly recommend Dr. K. and thank him for his part in the additional years I have been given. My Lord gets the rest of the credit.
