I came to Dr. Fragomen after several failed surgeries. After my very first appointment I could tell this was like no other doctor. He spent so much time explaining what he could do to help me. I left that appointment knowing this was a different world. Being an athlete, I was drawn to their team approach. From making appointments with Hennessy, Nancy’s friendly smile, emailing anyone on the team to answer a question, it’s clear that they work together like a world class team. The greatest PA’s , Eric and Maxine, and especially Zac who’s been with me on this long, difficult road the whole time. Somebody on the team responds to my email almost immediately. Even between surgeries, they’re working to take care of some issue for me. They’ve never left me hanging on my own. So comforting to know that they’ve got an answer, or will find one. Dr. Fragomen is a very caring dedicated surgeon. He always listens and tries new approaches. He does his homework! The whole team is working together to get you better.
