I went into the ER, pretty scared and unsure like most patients who visit the ER. Dr Gross was very personable, calm and knowledgeable. He let me know the possibilities, the reasons, and explained the details of my situation when I didn't understand things. Despite my situation, I felt comfortable and was satisfied with my treatment when I left a few hours later. No one enjoys going to the ER, but considering I've had a few visits this year to different locations, this visit was the best. Ha
