Dr, Perez took the time to listen to my issues and gave me sound medical information along with medications and referred me to a team of specialist to help me get my diabetes in control. When l initially visited Dr. Perez my A1c level was 11.2 with his help and the team he surrounded me with l have maintained a 6.6 A1c level with room for more improvement.
