From first inquiry call to the moment I walked out of my appointment every staff was professional, polite and compassionate. I was able to observe, and they work great as a team and EVERY Doctor needs a great team. Dr Derian is VERY knowledgeable but even more he is kind and compassionate. He listened, and he wanted to know what I wanted for my treatment. I was scheduled in days not months DAYS. I actually was shocked, and I received treatment at my first visit -been to 4 different pain specialists over years and this has never happened- so appreciated as I was in agony. This doctor is a teacher and I loved how he worked with the students he is modeling professional and compassionate care. Dr. Derian's practice should be a model for how it is done Thanks for such a wonderful experience.
