Dr. Palanka skill is nothing short than outstanding. I have Cortisone shots in both feet, for extreme pain do to arthritis. I’m here to tell you she is always spot on and with NO pain, or uncomfortableness. I’ve heard that Cortisone shots can and are extremely painful, but not with Dr. Palanka. The only negative I have to say has to do with the front desk to check in and to schedule appointments. The young lady receptionist is EXTREMELY rude and put out. She definitely should not work in any Customer Service environment. I truly hope that they make the appropriate change’s needed.
