Makes effort to understand the uniqueness of the situation. Recent problem with insurance instituting step therapy refusing to fill prescription which they had approved by prior authorization 8 years in a row. Ins, tried to dictate what medication should be used which may have caused my college age daughter significant problems. Dr. Anderson made repeated attempts to gain approval for this medication and kept us informed every step of the process and together we were ale to secure approval.
