On 6/7/16 I was admitted to Dr. Mazzella's services into the MICU @ UNC Hospitals, via the ED. He was one of a team of doctors who cared for me that week, but he was the face of the team. He is one of the FINEST doctors I have EVER had the privilege to work with as a patient. I stayed in his services for 5 days. He was kind, considerate, compassionate & treated me with dignity & respect. His skills as a physician were some of the finest I have ever received. Thanks Dr. Mazzella for everything!
