Went into see Dr. Otto and was taken to dressing room within 10 min of arriving at appointment time. Very helpful staff and Dr. came in prior to my being taken into procedure room. The injection was basically painless and Dr. Otto told me before each step what he was going to do. The results in that general area has felt much improved and i felt like it was professionally done. My wife has seen Dr. Otto twice before for different causes and has nothing but praise for Dr. Otto and the Mendelson - Kornblum group.
