I have been a patient of Dr. Giorgio for 13.5 years. I have ITP (immune thrombocytopenia purpura), a low blood platelet disorder. He is the most compassionate, caring, knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to. He is an amazing human being. I will forever be grateful that he is in my life as a physician with this auto immune disorder.
