I do not understand the bad reviews. Dr. Causey is great. She is the primary doctor for our whole family - hubby and me plus two now-teenagers. One of those people so kind, you just want to protect at all cost. Always easy to talk to and knowledgeable. She treats our family as a whole. When there are changes, like kids going off to college, she proactively infers about the impacts it has on each of us individually during our regular appointments, Susie, her nurse is so nice and courteous as well. The only downside, it is difficult to get appointments. Her busy schedule, however, is just another testament to the quality of provider she truly is.
