I was having severe coughs while recovering from a flu-like illness. I saw Dr. Long via my health plan's online care service. Dr. Long was professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my description, conducted exam with me online, answered my questions and concerns, recommended over-the- counter home remedies, and also prescribed medication that would help relieve my symptoms (i. e. coughing). I highly recommend Dr. Long.
